شروط استخدام تطبيق «التحدي»

1. قبولك لهذه الشروط
بإنشائك حساباً في «تحدي» أو باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها. وإن لم توافق، فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.
2. الأهلية
يجب أن تكون في الثالثة عشرة من عمرك فأكثر لاستخدام التطبيق. ومن كان دون الثامنة عشرة، فاستخدامه للتطبيق وإجراؤه لأي عملية شراء يكون بعلم وليّه وموافقته.
3. حسابك
- حسابٌ واحد لكل شخص. وإنشاء حسابات متعددة بغرض الحصول على مكافآت متكررة، أو تحويل العملات بينها، أو الالتفاف على أي قيد — مخالفةٌ لهذه الشروط.
- أنت مسؤول عن بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يقع من حسابك.
- المعلومات التي تقدّمها عند التسجيل يجب أن تكون صحيحة.
4. قواعد السلوك
يُمنع أثناء استخدامك التطبيق:
- الغشّ، أو استخدام برامج مساعدة، أو استغلال أي خلل في التطبيق بدل الإبلاغ عنه
- نشر محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للآداب في الدردشة أو في اسم المستخدم أو في أي حقل
- انتحال شخصية لاعب آخر أو أحد العاملين على التطبيق
- إساءة استخدام البلاغات، أو مضايقة اللاعبين
- محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات غيرك أو إلى أنظمتنا بغير وجه حق
لا تسامح مطلقاً مع المحتوى المسيء ولا مع المستخدمين المسيئين. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي رسالة أو محتوى مخالف من داخل التطبيق، وحجب أي لاعب فيختفي محتواه عنك فوراً. تُراجَع البلاغات ويُتصرَّف فيها خلال 24 ساعة بإزالة المحتوى المخالف وإقصاء صاحبه.
5. العملات داخل التطبيق
- العملات ترخيصٌ محدود لاستخدامها داخل التطبيق وحده، وليست ملكاً لك ولا حقّاً مكتسباً.
- ليست نقوداً ولا رصيداً مالياً، ولا يمكن صرفها ولا استبدالها بمال، ولا نقلها خارج التطبيق أو بيعها.
- تحويل العملات بين اللاعبين ميزةٌ داخل التطبيق، تخضع لحدود يومية ورسوم قد تتغير.
- يجوز لنا تعديل أسعار الحزم ومقادير المكافآت وقيمة العملات داخل اللعبة.
- تسقط جميع العملات والمزايا عند إغلاق حسابك أو حذفه لأي سبب.
6. المشتريات والاشتراكات
- تتم جميع عمليات الشراء عبر متجر التطبيقات (آبل أو جوجل) وتخضع لشروطهما إضافةً إلى هذه الشروط.
- الاشتراك المميّز يتجدّد تلقائياً بنفس المدة وبنفس السعر ما لم تُلغِه قبل انتهاء المدة الجارية بأربع وعشرين ساعة على الأقل.
- يُدار الاشتراك ويُلغى من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر، لا من داخل التطبيق.
- إلغاء الاشتراك يوقف التجديد القادم، ولا يُسترد ثمن المدة الجارية.
- تُسلَّم العملات والمزايا فور تأكيد المتجر لعملية الشراء.
7. طلبات الاسترداد ومشاركة بيانات الاستخدام
- قرار الاسترداد لمتجر التطبيقات وحده، وتُقدَّم الطلبات إليه لا إلينا.
بموافقتك على هذه الشروط، فإنك توافق على أن نُشارك آبل — عند تقديمك طلب استرداد وحده — بيانات تتعلق بما اشتريته: مقدار ما سُلِّم إليك من عملات، وما أنفقته منها، وعمر حسابك ومدى نشاطك فيه، وسِجلّ مشترياتك وطلبات استردادك السابقة. تُرسَل هذه البيانات لتستعين بها آبل في قرارها، ولا تُشارك في أي سياق آخر ولا مع أي جهة أخرى.
- إن استُردّ مبلغ عملية شراء بعد أن أُنفقت عملاتها أو حُوِّلت إلى حساب آخر، تُقيَّد قيمتها دَيناً على رصيدك يُسدَّد ممّا تكسبه لاحقاً.
8. إساءة استخدام نظام الشراء والاسترداد
شراءُ عملات ثم تحويلها إلى حساب آخر ثم طلبُ استرداد ثمنها — بحسابٍ واحد أو بعدة حسابات — إساءةٌ صريحة، ويترتب عليها بحسب جسامتها وتكرارها:
- قيد قيمة المسترد دَيناً على الرصيد
- إيقاف تحويل العملات
- إيقاف الشراء داخل التطبيق
- حظر المشاركة في الدردشة العامة
- تقييد إضافة الأصدقاء
- وضع علامة على الحساب تظهر للاعبين الآخرين
- سحب الرصيد بالكامل وإغلاق الحساب في الحالات الجسيمة أو المتكررة
ومن رأى أن قيداً وقع عليه بغير حق، فله مراجعتنا عبر بريد الدعم، وتُراجَع حالته ويُرفع القيد إن تبيّن ذلك.
9. إيقاف الحساب وإغلاقه
- يجوز لنا تقييد حسابك أو إيقافه أو إغلاقه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك متى شئت، وتسقط بحذفه عملاتك ومزاياك وتقدّمك بلا تعويض.
10. الخصوصية
يخضع جمع بياناتك واستخدامها لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالتطبيق، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.
11. تغيّر التطبيق وتغيّر الشروط
- قد نضيف مزايا أو نعدّلها أو نوقفها، وقد نغيّر قواعد اللعب والمكافآت.
- وقد نعدّل هذه الشروط، ونُخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد الإخطار قبولٌ بها.
12. حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق كما هو. ونبذل وسعنا لاستمراره وصحة محتواه، ولا نضمن خلوّه من الانقطاع أو الخطأ. ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية خسارة تقدّم أو عملات ناتجة عن عطل تقني أو عن استخدامٍ مخالف لهذه الشروط.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account in Tahadi or using the app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 years of age or older to use the app. If you are under 18, your use of the app and any purchase you make must be with the knowledge and consent of your guardian.
3. Your Account
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to collect rewards repeatedly, to move coins between them, or to work around any limit is a breach of these terms.
- You are responsible for your sign-in details and for all activity from your account.
- The information you provide at sign-up must be accurate.
4. Rules of Conduct
The following are prohibited while using the app:
- Cheating, using assisting software, or exploiting a flaw in the app instead of reporting it
- Posting offensive or indecent content in chat, in your username, or in any field
- Impersonating another player or a member of our team
- Misusing reports, or harassing other players
- Attempting to access other people's accounts or our systems without authorization
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report any message or content from within the app, and block any player so their content disappears from your view instantly. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it.
5. In-App Coins
- Coins are a limited licence to use them inside the app only; they are not your property and not a vested right.
- They are not money and not a monetary balance. They cannot be cashed out, exchanged for money, transferred outside the app, or sold.
- Transferring coins between players is an in-app feature subject to daily limits and fees that may change.
- We may adjust pack prices, reward amounts, and the in-game value of coins.
- All coins and benefits are forfeited if your account is closed or deleted for any reason.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
- All purchases are made through the app store (Apple or Google) and are subject to their terms in addition to these.
- The Premium subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Subscriptions are managed and cancelled from your store account settings, not from within the app.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded.
- Coins and benefits are delivered as soon as the store confirms the purchase.
7. Refund Requests and Sharing of Usage Data
- The refund decision rests solely with the app store, and requests are submitted to it, not to us.
By agreeing to these terms, you agree that we may share with Apple — only when you submit a refund request — data relating to what you purchased: how many coins were delivered to you, how much of them you spent, your account age and how active you have been, and your history of purchases and previous refund requests. This data is sent so that Apple can weigh it in its decision, and it is not shared in any other context or with any other party.
- If a purchase is refunded after its coins were spent or transferred to another account, its value is recorded as a debt against your balance, repaid from what you earn afterwards.
8. Misuse of the Purchase and Refund System
Buying coins, transferring them to another account, and then requesting a refund — whether with one account or several — is clear misuse, and depending on its severity and repetition it results in:
- Recording the refunded value as a debt against the balance
- Suspension of coin transfers
- Suspension of in-app purchasing
- A ban from public chat
- Restriction on adding friends
- A mark on the account visible to other players
- Full removal of the balance and closure of the account in severe or repeated cases
Anyone who believes a restriction was applied unfairly may contact us at the support email; the case will be reviewed and the restriction lifted if that proves to be so.
9. Suspension and Closure of Accounts
- We may restrict, suspend, or close your account if these terms are breached.
- You may delete your account at any time; doing so forfeits your coins, benefits, and progress without compensation.
10. Privacy
The collection and use of your data is governed by the app's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
11. Changes to the App and to These Terms
- We may add, change, or discontinue features, and may change gameplay rules and rewards.
- We may amend these terms and will notify you of material changes inside the app. Continuing to use the app after notice constitutes acceptance.
12. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and its content accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be free of interruption or error. We are not liable for loss of progress or coins caused by a technical fault or by use that breaches these terms.
